Courtney A. Schael has practiced exclusively in bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy litigation for her entire thirty year career. She began clerking for a United States Bankruptcy Judge, District of New Jersey. After ten years training and experience working in large firm bankruptcy departments, she formed Ashford Schael LLC to fill the void of highly experienced commercial bankruptcy attorneys practicing outside of large law firms.
